If you are having difficulty saving or loading campaign data or game save files, these steps may resolve the issue:
- Locate the game's folder under "C:\Program Files\".
- Right click the game's folder and select "Properties".
- Under the "General" tab, ensure that "Hidden" and "Read-Only" are not checked.
- Under the "Security" tab, select your user ID and ensure you have all permissions set to "Allow".
- Click "OK" or "Apply".
- When prompted, select "Apply changes to this folder, sub folders and files".
- Open your "Documents" folder.
- If the game has a folder in this location, repeat steps 2 through 6 on the game's folder.
